Both our 15 nm e-MMC and BiCS FLASH are standout technologies – but don’t just take my word for it – they were each named to ‘Hot 100 Products’ lists put out by EDN. The winning products are selected by EDN readers and editors, based on innovation, usefulness and popularity. This is the second year in a row that Toshiba has been among the winners – and we’ll be hoping for a three-peat this year.
